Wire Refund Program

  • Get refunded for your outgoing domestic wires

    If you are an Elite or Reserve status member, you can receive up to two domestic wires a year for free. Once the wire fee is charged, an automatic refund will be posted directly into your account the month after the fee is charged.6

    As a reminder, you are notified of your status upgrade by email should you meet the length of time as a client and balance requirements.
