(“LendingClub Bank”) account, and hereby waives any privacy rights with regards to this awareness. Current LendingClub Bank account holders and their friends can each receive $50.00 for each new valid Rewards Checking account referral via the Refer a Friend program (up to 12 referrals per calendar year). As of 8/14/2020, clients who have been upgraded to ‘Elite’ status are eligible for one outgoing domestic wire refund per year. Clients who have been upgraded to ‘Reserve’ status are eligible for two outgoing domestic wire refunds per year. Other types of wires are not eligible for refunds by this program, including but not limited to international wires, and domestic incoming wires.
